摘要 固体推进剂装药工艺装备技术的研究与发展对促进我国高性能固体推进剂安全、高效的制备,战略、战术武器及大型运载系统的发展至关重要。首先论述了典型固体发动机装药工艺流程;然后详细介绍了固体推进剂装药工艺典型装备的技术发展现状,主要包括有桨间歇混合设备、典型连续混合设备和新型无桨混合设备,其中有桨间歇混合设备由卧式向立式发展,连续混合设备中双螺杆连续混合机和拉伸流变连续混合系统已得到工程化应用,新型无桨混合设备中基于声共振混合含能材料工艺技术研究方面仍处于探索阶段;最后介绍了固体推进剂装药工艺装备技术高安全、自动化和连续化及数字化和智能化的发展趋势,并建议通过加强顶层策划、推动行业协同和激励政策引导来促进装备技术的发展。 The research and development of solid propellant charging process equipment technology was essential to promote the safe and efficient preparation of high-performance solid propellants,strategic and tactical weapons,and large delivery systems in China.Firstly,we discussed the typical solid engine charging process.Then,we presented the status of technology development of typical equipment for solid propellant charging process in details,which mainly included paddle intermittent mixing equipment,typical continuous mixing equipment and new non-propeller mixing equipment,among of them,paddle intermittent mixing equipment developed from the horizontal to the vertical.The continuous mixing equipment in the twin-screw continuous mixer and tensile rheology continuous mixing system was applied to engineering,the new non-propeller mixing equipment based on acoustic resonance mixing energy-containing materials technology research was still in the exploration stage.Finally,it was introduced that the development trend of high safety,automation and continuity of solid propellant charging technology,digitization and intelligence,and it was suggested that promoting the development of equipment technology by strengthening top-level planning,promoting industry synergy and stimulating policy guidance.
