基于UG的XZC车铣后置处理构建技术研究

摘要 计算机辅助编程软件(CAM)具有可靠、便捷、高效等特点,其后置处理一直是复杂结构产品数控化加工实现的关键途径之一。借助UG后置处理构造器,依据机床说明书,以哈挺XZC类机床为例,采用后置处理流程框架与功能模块相结合的设计思路,借助UG软件的Post Builder,从初始化运动、运动前设置、XZC车铣及代码优化等方面,设计、开发了适用于XZC类型车铣复合机床的自动识别车、铣等模块的后置处理,可实现笛卡尔坐标与极坐标间数据的智能转换及XZC三轴联动铣削功能,显著提高设备利用率。通过产品虚拟仿真与试件加工验证,该后置处理满足了产品的车铣复合功能需求。快速搭建XZC后处理的方法和思路,为借助UG软件Post Builder模块,独立完成其他复杂机床后处理开发的工程人员提供了学习和借鉴。 Computer aided programming software(CAM)was reliable,convenient and efficient,and the post processing was always one of the key ways to realize the NC machining of complex structure products.With the help of UG post processing constructor,according to the machine tool specification,and took Harting XZC machine tool for example,it was used that combining the post processing process framework with the combination of functional modules design ideas.By using UG software Post Builder,from the initialization movement,pre-movement setting,XZC turning milling and code optimization,we designed and developed the post processing module of automatic identification of turning and milling for XZC type turning and milling machine,which could realize the intelligent conversion of data between Cartesian coordinates and polar coordinates and XZC three-axis linkage milling function,and could significantly improve the utilization rate of equipment.Through product virtual simulation and specimen processing verification,the post processing could meet the requirements of turning milling complex function of the product,the methods and ideas of constructing XZC post processing quickly had strong learning and reference significance for the engineers who independently completed the post-processing development of other complex machine tools with the help of UG software Post Builder module.
