补播和施肥对退化草甸土壤化学性质及酶活性的影响

摘要 以东北黑土区退化草甸为研究对象,评估了2017~2019年补播、施肥及其组合处理对土壤化学性质和酶活性的影响,并使用灰色关联度分析法进行综合评价,探究最佳的退化草甸修复措施。结果表明,补播羊草显著降低了土壤pH值,2019年较2017年土壤pH值降低0.25;补播与施肥对土壤电导率、养分和酶活性的影响存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05),补播与施肥组合处理降低了土壤盐分含量,提高了土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶活性和速效养分含量。综合分析可知,补播野大麦与施农家肥的组合处理对东北黑土区退化草甸整体修复效果最佳。 From 2017 to 2019,this study evaluated the effects of reseeding,fertilizing and their combination on soil chemical properties and enzyme activities of degraded meadow in the black soil region of Northeast China.A comprehensive evaluation using gray correlation analysis was also conducted to determine the most effective restoration methods for degraded meadows.The results showed that reseeding of Leymus chinensis significantly lowered soil pH value,which decreased by 0.25 in 2019 relative to 2017.There was a significant interaction between reseeding and fertilization on soil conductivity,nutrients,and enzyme activities(P<0.05).The combined treatment of reseeding and fertilization reduced soil salinity and increased soil urease and alkaline phosphatase activities,and available nutrients.In summary,the combination of reseeding of Hordeum brevisubulatum and applying farmyard manure had the greatest effect on restoring degraded meadow in the black soil of Northeast China.
