2022年珠江流域(片)连续发生8次编号洪水,其中北江发生历史罕见超百年一遇特大洪水,珠江委充分发挥珠江防总办公室平台作用,强化统一指挥、统一调度,落实“四预”措施,系统防御洪水,最大程度减轻了洪涝灾害损失。分析洪水特点,梳理珠江流域防汛抗洪主要举措与成效经验,提出提升珠江流域防洪保安能力的对策和建议。

In 2022, the Pearl River basin experienced 8 numbered floods, and the Beijiang River experienced an over-100-year flood which is rarely seen in the history. the Pearl River Water Resources Commission played its role as the Office of the General Headquarters for Flood Control and Drought Relief of the Pearl River, strengthening unified command and unified dispatch, implementing the“four pre”measures, preventing floods systematically, and reducing the flood disaster loss to the greatest extent. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the floods, combs the main measures and experiences of flood control in the Pearl River Basin, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the ability of flood control in the Pearl River Basin.
