防御“22·6”北江特大洪水经验启示

Experiences of prevention and defense of“June 2022”catastrophic flood in the Beijiang River

2022年“龙舟水”期间,广东省暴雨洪水频发重发,北江流域出现超100年一遇特大洪水,广东省水利厅深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于防汛救灾工作重要讲话和重要指示批示精神,落细落实水利防汛各项措施,成功防御了此次洪水。对雨水灾情、洪水过程、防御措施全面复盘,总结凝练防御经验启示,深入剖析存在问题并提出解决举措,为今后防御流域洪水及水旱灾害防御工作提供参考借鉴。

During the period of 21 May-21 June 2022,frequent and a series of rainstorms and floods happened in Guangdong Province.An over-100-year flood occurred in the Beijiang River Basin.Systematic measures were taken by water departments to prevent and defend the flood.Based on a comprehensive review of conditions and processes of floods and preventive measures,the experience and practices are reviewed and summarized,with an in-depth analysis of existing problems and solutions for flood and drought disaster prevention in the future.
