强化“四预”措施 科学实施调度 成功应对“22·6”西江流域性较大洪水

Dealing with “June 2022” basin-wide major flood in the Xijiang River successfully with application of scientific regulation with“four pre”measures

2022年6月,受持续强降雨影响,西江发生了流域性较大洪水,灾害影响范围广、持续时间长、洪水量级大、损失严重。面对严峻防汛形势,广西各级水利部门全面动员、超前行动、科学防御,强化监测预警和防洪调度,充分发挥水工程防洪减灾基础性作用,总体上将西江梧州站超过20年一遇洪水削减为5年一遇,效益显著。

In June 2022, continuous heavy rainfall led to a basin-wide flood in the Xijiang River, resulting in disaster impact and serious losses due to its long duration and a large volume of flood discharge. Facing the severe flood, the water departments of Guangxi Autonomous Region mobilized people at all levels to take advanced action, scientific defense, strengthen monitoring, early warning and flood control regulation and make full play of the role of water structures, and downgraded the flood at Wuzhou Station of Xijiang River from an over-20-year flood to a 5-year flood.
