水工程联合调度防御北江特大洪水实践

摘要 2022年6月,珠江北江流域遭遇超100年一遇特大洪水。对此场洪水的雨水情、调度目标、调度过程、取得效益以及防御亮点进行分析和总结:首次开展了流域水库群联合调度、首次启用潖江蓄滞洪区、首次联合潖江蓄滞洪区与飞来峡水库采用“理想凑泄”方式调度达到预期调度目标,取得了较好成效。 In June 2022,a 100-year flood hit the Beijiang River Basin in Guangdong Province,a tributary of the Pearl River.According to the analysis and summary of rainwater conditions,objectives of regulation,dispatching process,ben⁃efits and highlights,some measures taken for the first time are highlighted that achieved good results,such as joint regu⁃lation of the basin reservoir group,flood regulation by the Pajiang storage and detention area together with“optimized flood discharge”from the Feilaixia Reservoir.
