摘要
天气预报和气象分析是确定流域范围内降雨量的最好参数,流域水库群联合调度是实现科学调度的关键,尤其在汛期到来早、累积雨量大的情况下,洪水调度过程中需要及时掌握水库上游降雨量和上游水库的泄洪流量,通过滚动分析研判水雨情形势,不断优化洪水调度方案,充分发挥水库防洪减灾效益。结合2022年右江流域暴雨洪水特性及百色水利枢纽防洪调度情况,分析探索形成水库防洪科学调度方案,服务流域防洪调度。
Weather forecast and meteorological analysis provide suitable parameters to determine rainfall within a ba⁃sin.Joint operation of reservoirs is crucial to achieving scientific operation in the basin,especially when the flood sea⁃son comes earlier and the accumulated rainfall is large.During the regulation,it is vital to have timely information on rainfall and flood discharge of the upstream reservoirs,and optimize flood regulation options by means of observing wa⁃ter and rain situations through rolling analysis,so as to maximize the benefits of the reservoir.Based on the feature of rainstorms and floods in the Youjiang River Basin in 2022 and flood regulation by the Baise Multi-purpose Project,studies are made on solutions for scientific regulation of reservoirs to serve for flood control of the basin.
