Establishment and application of an evaluation index system for water safety production

根据水利部水利安全生产状况评价已有成果和水利工程管理单位安全生产管理实际,结合数字孪生水利工程算法建设,建立基于风险管理的水利工程管理单位安全生产状况评价指标体系和模型,并通过数字化场景、智慧化模拟、精准化决策应用,全面构建水利安全生产风险管控“六项机制”。

Safety production evaluation is an important tool for water project management and supervision. On the basis of existed outcome of the Ministry of Water Resources and practices of safety production management of water project management units, an evaluation index system and model for safety production and risk management are established, in combination with an algorithm of a digital twin water project.“Six mechanisms”for risk management and control in water project construction are proposed through digital scenarios, intelligent simulation and the application of accurate decision-making.
