摘要
通过对广东省内抽检的595批次薯类和膨化食品抽检结果进行分析,发现有25批次不合格,不合格率为4.20%。按生产单位所在地统计,发现不合格的地市为潮州市、汕头市,不合格率分别为11.18%、10.53%;按抽样环节统计,发现不合格的环节为流通环节、生产环节,不合格率分别1.63%、10.98%;抽检不合格项目集中在酸价(以脂肪计)、过氧化值(以脂肪计)、水分等质量指标和菌落总数、大肠菌群等微生物指标。基于此,本文提出相关监管措施建议,以供相关人员参考。
Through the analysis of the sampling results of 595 batches of potato and puffed food in Guangdong province,it is found that 25 batches are unqualified,with the unqualified rate of 4.20%.According to the statistics of production units,the unqualified cities are Chaozhou and Shantou,and the unqualified rates are 11.18%and 10.53%respectively.According to the sampling statistics,the unqualified links are circulation and production,with 1.63%and 10.98%respectively.The unqualified items focus on acid price(fat),peroxide value(fat),moisture and microbial indexes such as total colonies and coliform.Based on this,this paper proposes relevant regulatory measures for reference.
