摘要
随着经济的发展,人们更加关心食品安全问题。在食品安全事件频发的大背景下,消费者对政府监管、食品生产经营主体的信任度降低,不仅会直接损害经济效益,还会对整个食品行业的发展产生不良影响,甚至影响政府公信力。食品安全事件下消费者信任的修复需要政府、食品生产经营主体、媒体以及公众等多元主体共同参与,制定和执行合适的信任修复策略,从而形成高效的社会共治格局,切实维护好食品安全,从而恢复消费者对食品安全的信赖。
With the development of economy,the people are more concerned about food safety issues.In the context of the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,reducing consumers’trust in government supervision and food production and management entities will not only directly damage the economic benefits,but also have a negative impact on the development of the entire food industry,and even affect the credibility of the government.The repair of consumer trust under food safety incidents needs the participation of the government,food production and management entities,the media,the public and other multiple subjects to formulate and implement appropriate trust repair strategies,so as to form an efficient social co-governance pattern,effectively maintain food safety,and so as to restore consumers’trust in food safety.
