水果蔬菜中吡虫啉的QuEChERS法测定

摘要 本文建立了高效液相色谱法测定水果蔬菜中吡虫啉的定量方法,简化了国家标准GB/T 23379—2009的预处理过程,缩短了分析时间。实验结果表明,在0.05~1.00μg·mL^(-1)浓度与吡虫啉的峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率为80.2%~110.2%,相对标准偏差<5%。该方法具有回收率稳定、精密度高、检测快速的优点。 In this paper,a quantitative method for the determination of imidacloprid in fruits and vegetables by HPLC was established,which simplified the pretreatment process of the national standard GB/T 23379—2009 and shortened the analysis time.The experimental results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area of imidacloprid at 0.05~1.00μg·mL^(-1),the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the recovery rate was 80.2%~110.2%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The method has the advantages of stable recovery,high precision and fast detection.
