摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱-质谱法测定羊奶及羊奶粉中阿苯达唑、芬苯达唑、噻苯达唑、奥芬达唑和苯硫氨酯含量的分析方法。方法:样品采用乙腈提取,ESI+模式电离,多反应监测模式进行测定。结果:该方法测得阿苯达唑在11.68~584.00 ng·mL^(-1),芬苯达唑在10.08~504.00 ng·mL^(-1),噻苯达唑在11.14~557.00 ng·mL^(-1),奥芬达唑在10.25~512.50 ng·mL^(-1),苯硫氨酯在11.45~572.25 ng·mL^(-1),相关性良好(R^(2)均大于0.999),平均加标回收率、重复性、精密度均符合要求。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,能有效、快速地测定羊奶及羊奶粉中的达唑含量。 Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of albendazole,fenbendazole,thiabendazole,orfendazole and phenthionyl ester in goat milk and goat milk powder.Method:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,ionized by ESI-mode and determined by multiple reaction monitoring mode.Result:The range of albendazole and fenbendazole was 11.68~584.00 ng·mL^(-1) and 10.08~504.00 ng·mL^(-1),respectively.Thiabendazole was in the range of 11.14~557.00 ng·mL^(-1),ofendazole was in the range of 10.25~512.50 ng·mL^(-1),phenthionyl was in the range of 11.45~572.25 ng·mL^(-1),and the correlation was good(R^(2)>0.999).The average recoveries,the repeatability and precision all met the requirements.Conclusion:The method is accurate,sensitive,effective and rapid for the determination of dazole in goat milk and goat milk power.
