摘要
以洛阳市洛龙区6~24月龄婴幼儿为研究对象,通过调查问卷的方式,对洛龙区主要街道的367名6~24月龄婴幼儿的辅食添加状况进行问卷调查。研究发现,6~8个月的婴儿喂养辅食主要集中在淀粉类和鸡蛋;9~12个月的婴儿主要喂养淀粉类、鸡蛋,其次是蔬菜类;13~24个月的幼儿在喂养的辅食中除了淀粉类、鸡蛋、蔬菜外,增加了豆制品、鱼/肉和水果;62.4%的父母喂养知识获得来源于书籍或网络视频;喂养知识掌握情况相对较好。从整体上看,婴幼儿喂养辅食添加状况仍缺乏科学性,应开展婴幼儿辅食添加的相关公益培训,做到科学喂养。
Taking infants aged 6~24 months in Luolong district of Luoyang city as the research object,367 infants aged 6~24 months in the main streets of Luolong district were investigated by questionnaire.It was found that the complementary food for infants aged 6~8 months mainly concentrated in starch and eggs.Babies aged 9~12 months mainly feed starch and eggs,followed by vegetables;In addition to starch,eggs and vegetables,children aged 13~24 months added bean products,fish/meat and fruits to their complementary foods.62.4%of parents’knowledge about feeding comes from books or online videos;The knowledge of feeding is relatively good.On the whole,the status of complementary feeding for infants and young children is still not scientific,so we should carry out public welfare training on complementary feeding for infants and young children to achieve scientific feeding.
