食品安全快检信息采集平台构建研究

Research on the Construction of Fast Food Safety Inspection Information Collection Platform

现如今,食品安全成为人们重点关注的话题之一,不仅和人们的健康密切相关,还关系到经济发展、社会稳定以及政府形象。为了保障食品安全,具有简便、易操作、成本低等各项优势的食品快速检测技术得到了各相关职能部门和企业的重视。针对我国目前缺乏食品安全数据信息共享的集成平台的困境,以及产品快检数据的自治、多源、分散导致无法实现资源共享的种种问题,本项目从现状入手,结合文献和实际需求分析后,进行平台设计,提出解决方案,以便于相关部门实现统计分析或信息预警等功能。

Nowadays,food safety has become one of the topics that people focus on.It is not only closely related to people’s health,but also related to economic development,social stability and government image.In order to ensure food safety,the application of rapid food detection technology with the advantages of simplicity,easy operation and low cost has been attached great importance to the relevant functional departments and enterprises.This project is dedicated to the lack of integrated platform for food safety data information sharing,and the autonomy,multi-source and dispersion of product quick inspection data can not achieve resource sharing problems.Starting from the current situation,combined with literature and actual demand analysis,the platform is designed to facilitate relevant departments to achieve statistical analysis or information early warning and other functions.
