Food is an important material basis for human survival and development,which can effectively supplement the nutrients needed in people’s daily life,so food safety testing is particularly critical.Food additives are frequently used in the current food production process.If they are not effectively controlled,excessive use will cause certain harm to human health,and even cause many diseases.Food safety inspection is an important way to ensure food safety.High performance liquid chromatography is a commonly used detection technology in current food safety detection.The application of this technology can improve the accuracy of detection results and ensure food safety.In this paper,the technology of high performance liquid chromatography is summarized,hoping to inspire relevant practitioners.
