机械密封端面T形槽液膜压力脉动特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对机械密封端面液膜流场的压力脉动,以机械密封端面T形槽液膜为研究对象,进行了机械密封摩擦副端面液膜微尺度区域的压力脉动特性分析。基于流体润滑理论,建立了机械密封端面T形槽三维液膜模型。求解端面液膜流体雷诺方程,计算分析了不同工况下端面液膜的压力脉动特性和频谱特性,探讨了端面流场压力周期性变化的影响因素。结果表明:在不同转速下机械密封端面液膜流场压力均呈现周期性脉动,压力脉动的振幅沿T形槽槽区径向方向增大;端面液膜的开启力受到槽区和非槽区动静干涉的影响;端面液膜流场压力脉动受到主轴转速和槽数的影响。 Aiming at the pressure pulsation of the liquid film flow field on the mechanical seal end face,the pressure pulsation characteristics in the T-groove liquid film on the end face of the mechanical seal are discussed by numerical analysis.According to the fluid lubrication theory,a three-dimensional model of the liquid film in the T-shaped groove is established.Reynolds equations are solved for this model,and the pressure pulsation characteristics and spectral characteristics under different working conditions are analyzed.The periodic change of the liquid film pressure is investigated to find the influencing factors of the periodic pressure oscillation.The results show that the pressure pulsation of the T-groove liquid film exists at different rotational speeds.The amplitude of the pressure pulsation is increasing along the radial direction of the T-groove area.The dynamic and static interference of groove and non-groove area affects the opening force of the liquid film,and the spindle speed and the groove number affect pressure pulsation of the liquid film.
