飞机起落架油气式缓冲器的行程计算研究

摘要 飞机起落架油气式缓冲器的行程计算是起落架设计与研制中的重要内容,现有的行程计算理论欠考虑起落架的实际使用工况,致使计算值与实际值存在较大的偏差。针对上述不足,综合考虑了起落架在高低温和充填参数容差条件下的使用工况,对起落架的着陆能量守恒行程计算理论进行了改进与完善,并结合某型号飞机主起落架的行程计算算例,综合对比其工程计算值、动力学模型仿真值和落震试验值,表明改进后的行程计算精度相对改进前提高了19%,由此验证了所提出行程改进计算理论具有较好的预测精度,这将有利于减少落震调参试验和收放结构优化的次数,对缩短飞机起落架的研制周期和节约研制费用具有重要意义。 The existing travel calculation theory of oleo-pneumatic shock absorber does not consider the actual working conditions of the landing gear,which results in the calculated travel deviates greatly from the actual design value.To address the above shortcomings,The travel calculation theory of oleo-pneumatic shock absorber based on the conservation of landing energy is optimized,which considers the service conditions of the landing gear,including high and low ambient temperature and deviation of oil volume.In this paper,the engineering travel value,the dynamic model simulation travel value and the drop test travel value of the main landing gear shock absorber of a certain type of aircraft are compared and analyzed,it is shown that the error of the optimized engineering travel value is reduced by 19%,which verifies that the proposed travel optimization calculation theory has better calculation accuracy.It is beneficial to reduce development drop test and optimization of the landing gear retraction mechanism.It is of great significance to shorten the development time and save the development cost for the research and development of the landing gear.
