摘要
为减少家具的质量波动并延长其使用寿命,将稳健设计思想引入板式家具的结构设计中,对以多层板为基材的板式家具T型构件,进行稳健优化设计。试验选取板式家具中最常见的连接件——圆棒榫为优化对象,通过田口法,研究圆棒榫的直径、长度、材料三个因素对18 mm厚多层板T型构件抗弯性能的影响。将抗弯极限承载力设为目标质量特性,信噪比(S/N)作为衡量产品质量稳定性的指标。结果表明:以多层板为基材的T型构件抗弯强度随圆棒榫直径和长度的增加而增强;三种材料中,荷木圆棒榫表现出最好的性能;圆棒榫直径对构件的抗弯性能影响最大。优化后,长为50 mm且直径为10 mm的荷木圆棒榫为最稳健设计方案。三种设计因素中,优化后板式T型构件的抗弯极限承载力增强21.07%,信噪比提高4.42%。试验表明:基于稳健设计原则的田口法可有效增强板式家具T型结构节点的质量稳定性,进而实现板式家具结构质量稳定性的提升,延长家具的使用寿命。
In order to reduce the quality fluctuation of furniture and prolong the service life,in this paper,the idea of robust design into the structural design of panel furniture was introduced,and a robust optimization design for the T-shaped components of panel furniture based on multi-layer boards was conducted.In the experiment,the most common connector in panel furniture,the round bar tenon,was selected as the optimization object,and the influence of the diameter,length,material were chosen as factors to study their influence on the flexural performance of the T-shaped member of the 18 mm thick multi-layer board by using Taguchi method.The results showed that the flexural strength of the T-shaped member with the multi-layer board as the base material increased with the increase of the diameter and length of the round bar tenon.Among the three materials,the flexural resistance of the lotus wood round bar tenon joint specimen was the strongest.The wood tenon with a length of 50 mm and a diameter of 10 mm was the most robust design.Among the three design factors,the diameter of the round bar tenon had the greatest influence on the bending resistance of the member.After optimization,the bending ultimate bearing capacity of the plate-type T-shaped member increased by 21.07%and the signal-to-noise ratio increased by 4.42%.Experiments showed that the Taguchi method based on the principle of robust design can effectively enhance the quality stability of the T-shaped structural nodes of panel furniture,thereby improving the structural quality stability of panel furniture and prolonging the service life of the furniture.
