摘要
类固醇受体辅助激活子1(SRC-1)是最先被发现的核受体辅助激活子(NCOA)。当核受体被类固醇类激素激活后,SRC-1被类固醇受体复合物招募,作用于靶基因上,调节基因转录过程。SRC-1参与多种生理病理过程,以往研究发现SRC-1参与分泌型肿瘤的发生、转移和侵袭等过程。此外,SRC-1也广泛参与中枢神经系统的功能活动,如神经发生、突触形成,与抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病等中枢神经系统疾病密切相关。本文将对SRC-1在中枢神经系统中的作用进行综述。
Steroid receptor coactivator 1(SRC-1)is the firstly found nuclear receptor coactivator(NCOA).SRC-1 would be recruited by the steroid nuclear receptor when it was activated by the ligand,then to regulate the gene transcription.SRC-1 participates in a variety of physiological and pathological processes,such as tumor growth,metastasis and invasion.In recent years,many studies have found that SRC-1 plays an essential role in the development or synapse formation of the central nerve system,and it is also involved in the Alzheimer's disease and depression.This article is to describe the physiological function of SRC-1 in the central nerve system.
