基于免疫组织化学方法分析YWHAZ在非小细胞肺癌的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 通过研究非小细胞肺癌中YWHAZ的表达水平以及与临床病理特征的关联,探讨YWHAZ对非小细胞肺癌的诊断、靶向治疗和判断预后的临床应用。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测137例多种类型癌症组织中YWHAZ的表达。检测73例非小细胞肺癌组织及36例配对的癌旁肺组织中YWHAZ的表达。分析非小细胞肺癌组织中YWHAZ的高低表达量与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 YWHAZ在137例多种类型癌症组织中的阳性表达率为94.2%,YWHAZ在肺癌中的阳性表达率为96.2%。与癌旁肺组织相比,YWHAZ在肺腺癌和肺鳞癌中的表达显著增高(P<0.001),YWHAZ在非小细胞肺癌中的表达量与患者的肿瘤大小、临床分级和转移之间有显著差异。结论 YWHAZ的表达增加可能普遍存在于多种肿瘤的发生过程中,YWHAZ在肺腺癌及肺鳞癌的发生发展过程中可能发挥重要作用,可为肺腺癌及肺鳞癌的临床靶向治疗提供新的思路。 Objective To study the clinical application of YWHAZ in the diagnosis,targeted therapy and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) by analyzing the correlation between the expression of YWHAZ and the pathological features.Methods The expression of YWHAZ in 137 cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of YWHAZ was detected in 73 NSCLC tissues and 36 paired adjacent lung tissues.The correlation between the expression of YWHAZ and pathological features of patients with NSCLC was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of YWHAZ in 137 cancer tissues was 94.2%,The positive expression rate of YWHAZ in lung cancer was 96.2%.The expression of YWHAZ was significantly higher in lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous carcinoma than in adjacent lung tissues(P<0.001).The expression of YWHAZ in NSCLC was significantly different from the patient’s tumor size,clinical grade,and metastasis.Conclusion The increased expression of YWHAZ may be widespread in the occurrence of various tumors.YWHAZ may play an important role in the development of lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma.It may provide a new idea for the clinical targeted therapy of lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma.
