摘要
通过探索式纵向单案例研究,以浪潮集团为研究对象,构建创业导向下IT企业的战略变革路径,归纳战略变革和组织结构调整逻辑。研究发现:在创业导向下,IT企业通过整合组织遗忘、组织即兴和资源组合等逻辑链条的不同环节,突破组织的资源惰性、惯例惰性、认知惰性,推动组织结构调整,向更具外部动态适应性、融合性,内部坚韧性、个体能动性的水样组织发展。此外,识别了不同战略发展阶段的战略变革主导逻辑,基于此设计匹配的战略变革机制,助力企业实现战略变革。
Through the exploratory longitudinal single case study,this study takes Inspur Group as the research object,constructs the strategic transformation path of IT enterprises under entrepreneurshipguidance,and summarizes the logic of strategic transformation and organizational structure adjustment.The study findsthat,under the orientation of entrepreneurship,IT companies can break through the resource inertia,routine inertia,and cognitive inertia of the organization by integrating different links of the logical chain such as organizational forgetting,organizational improvisation and resource combination;these companies can promote the adjustment of organizational structure to the development of water-like organizations with more external dynamic adaptability,integration,internal toughness,and individual initiative.In addition,the dominant logic of strategic change in different strategic development stages is identified;based on this,a matching strategic change mechanism is designed to realize strategic change.
