摘要
在迈克耳孙干涉仪实验中,当干涉仪出现的光点数量和亮度不同,分束镜的透射率与反射率比值不同,以及观察屏(护目板或毛玻璃)不同时,均会导致观察到的实验现象不同.通过理论分析和数值模拟,解释了不同实验现象出现的原因,并给出了相应的解决方案.另外,还分析了利用白光干涉测量透明介质厚度时导致误差的原因,并给出了减小误差的具体方案.
In the Michelson interferometer experiment,when the number and brightness of light spots appeared were different,the ratio of transmissivity to reflectivity of the beam splitter was different,and the observation screen(eye shield or ground glass)was different,the observed experimental phenomena could be different.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the different experimental phenomena was explained,and the corresponding solutions were given.In addition,the reasons for the errors in measuring the thickness of transparent medium by white light interferometry were analyzed,as well the methods for reducing the errors were given.
