摘要 介绍了低压成套开关设备和控制设备国际标准IEC 61439-1:2020与IEC 61439-1:2011的主要技术指标和要求的差异。新标准明确了标准的使用范围,给出了关于电击防护的Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类成套设备的概念,增加了成套设备内电路的组额定电流的介绍,并重新关注这一新特性的温升验证,产品性能及部分试验要求均有所修改。通过对新旧标准差异的介绍,使国内低压成套设备制造商和用户对IEC 61439-1:2020标准有更全面的认识和理解,为产品的设计、制造、验证以及出口提供指导帮助。 The paper introduces the differences of main technical indicators and requirements between IEC 61439-1:2020 and IEC 61439-1:2011 which are international standards for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies.The new standard confirms its range of application,makes concepts of Class I and Class II complete equipment for protection against electrical shock,introduces rating current of the circuit for complete equipment,refocuses on temperature rise verification with new characteristic,and modifies some product performance and test requirements.The introduction of main differences between the new and old version will make domestic manufacturers and users of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies have more complete understanding of the new standard,and provide guidance of product design,manufacturing,verification and export.
