我国进入新发展阶段,农村基层党建工作面临着党员干部队伍结构不够合理、党员干部党性修养不足和农村基层党组织工作机制不够健全等问题,从加强队伍建设、加强党性教育和健全相关机制等方面着手,提出了完善农村基层党建工作引领乡村振兴的对策,以期不断完善农村基层党建工作,推动乡村振兴。

my country has entered a new stage of development.The rural grass-roots party building work is faced with problems such as the unreasonable structure of party members and cadres,the lack of party spirit of party members and cadres,and the imperfect working mechanism of rural grass-roots party organizations.From strengthening team building,strengthening party spirit education and improving related mechanisms Starting from other aspects,the countermeasures to improve the rural grass-roots party building work to lead the rural revitalization are put forward,in order to continuously improve the rural grass-roots party building work and promote the rural revitalization.
