摘要
美食文化是我国民俗文化的主要构成部分,也是人们得以长期生存与发展的基本表现。在我国的不同地区,因为气候、环境等的不同,逐渐形成了有特色的美食文化。随着社会的不断进步以及经济的逐渐发展,当地的美食文化在经济发展的推动下,很多都慢慢失去了特色。本文就从现阶段美食经济发展需要具备的基本条件、新业态新形势下美食经济创新发展的重要价值两方面展开了深入的阐述,重点分析了新业态新形势下美食经济的创新发展策略,以供相关行业参考与借鉴。
The gourmet culture is the main component of Chinese folk culture,but also the basic performance of the broad masses of people to survive and develop for a long time.In different regions of China,because of the differences in climate and environment,the distinctive food cultures have gradually formed.With the continuous progress of the society and the gradual development of the economy,the local food culture in the economic development,a lot of slowly lost their characteristics,this paper launched an in-depth elaboration,analysis of the new situation of the food economy innovation development strategy.
