摘要
在我国国民经济持续发展的背景下,人们的生活质量水平得到了大幅度提升,人们对于食品的要求也在逐渐提高,不仅需要保证食品质量,还要确保食品中的微生物含量符合国家标准要求,避免出现食品安全问题。作为确保食品安全性的重要方式,食品检测工作质量与我国食品安全息息相关。PCR技术作为新型检测技术,可以根据各类微生物特性开展检测,了解食物中致病微生物的含量,避免食物中存在致病源,危及人们的身体健康。本文以PCR技术为例,对该技术在食品检测过程中的应用进行深入分析。
In the context of China’s sustained economic development,people’s quality of life has been greatly improved,and people’s requirements for food are gradually increasing,not only to ensure the quality of food,but also to ensure that the microbial content of food meets the national standard requirements to avoid food safety problems.As an important way to ensure food safety,the quality of food testing is closely related to food safety in China,and PCR technology,as a new testing technology,can be used to test the characteristics of various types of microorganisms to understand the content of pathogenic microorganisms in food,so as to avoid the presence of pathogenic sources in food and endanger people’s health.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the application of PCR technology in the process of food testing,taking PCR technology as an example.
