自我国保健食品注册备案双轨制建立以来,主管当局对其技术要求不断更新。2022年,主管当局对诸多相关法规进行了新一轮征求意见,持续影响着保健食品进口。境外产品在允许备案的产品范围扩张上具有滞后性,导致其市场准入条件与国内产品并不同步。因此,提前寻求各种可能的解决方案并做好布局规划具有重要意义。本文通过对比保健食品国内外差异,结合法规最新变化,分析其在不同进口途径下的合规策略及相应技术要求,旨在为境外厂商及其中国团队提供前瞻性建议。

Since the dual-track system of health food registration and filing in China was established,the technical requirements had been continuously updated by the authorities.A new round of public consultation on relevant regulations was conducted by the authority in 2022,affecting health food import.Overseas products have a lag in the expansion of filing scope,resulting in their market access conditions being out of sync with domestic products.Therefore,it is of significance to seek various possible solutions and make good plans in advance.By comparing the differences between domestic and foreign health food,combined with the latest updates in regulations,the compliance strategies and their technical requirements under various import routes were analyzed,aiming to provide forward-looking advice for overseas manufacturers and their Chinese teams.
