At present,there are still some problems in the food safety supervision in China,leading to the low level of food supervision and the endless emergence of food safety problems.This paper expounds the significance of food safety supervision,analyzes the problems in food safety supervision,and puts forward relevant strategies to strengthen food safety supervision under the new situation,hoping to ensure food safety and promote the healthy development of the food industry through food safety supervision.
