基于参数化建模和响应面优化的箱体减重研究

摘要 针对采用经验设计法开展发射箱结构轻量化设计的局限性和盲目性导致严重影响总体设计及研发效率的问题,以ANSYS Workbench为软件平台,结合参数化建模和响应面分析技术,设计并实现了一种对箱体进行减重优化的流程。将发射箱结构合理简化为加筋柱壳结构实现了简便快捷参数化建模,采用最佳填充空间设计法和克里金插值算法进行试验点的选取和响应面的拟合及检验,并在此基础上利用遗传算法进行设计点的寻优。对导弹发射箱进行的减重优化设计,验证了本研究提出方法的有效性。同时本研究所提出的方案技术门槛低、扩展性强,可以推广到各类箱体或其他结构的优化设计中。 Aiming at the problem that the limitation and blindness of adopting the empirical design method to carry out the lightweight design of the launching box structure leads to a serious impact on the overall design and R&D efficiency,taking the ANSYS Workbench as the software platform,combined with the parametric modeling and response surface analysis technology,a process for weight reduction optimization of the box is designed and implemented.By reasonably simplifying the launching box structure into a stiffened cylindrical shell structure,a simple and fast parametric modeling is realized.The test points are selected and the response surface is fitted and checked by using the best filled space design method and the Kriging interpolation algorithm.On this basis,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the design points.The weight reduction optimization design of the missile launching box verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.At the same time,the scheme proposed in this study has low technical threshold and strong scalability,which can be extended to the optimization design of various boxes or other structures.
