摘要
为进一步加快F5G技术在煤矿中的认知和应用普及,促进我国煤矿智能化发展,基于F5G新技术,针对矿用F5G全光工业网架构的PON网络大带宽、高可靠性、扁平化、易部署、易管理等优势特点,构建以物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能、自动控制、移动互联、机器人为技术基础的智能化煤矿建设方案。论述了矿用F5G工业光网功能、F5G+5G融合组网设备及架构,分析了矿用井下F5G+5G一张网应用优势特点;重点探讨了矿用F5G智能化建设方案的无源光网络满足煤矿井下防爆要求、无源网络自生长满足煤矿井下定期移动需求、应用场景的业务安全等3个方面的优势;研究了矿用F5G架构的智能化煤矿建设的4种典型应用场景:视频监控+边缘分析、远程控制网低延时实时传输、监测监控传输网、矿用5G+融合通信系统承载网,为F5G架构的智能化煤矿建设方案提供技术思路及方法。文中论述的矿井F5G网络建设特点、网络架构、应用场景、优势及生态等,为推动建设矿用F5G+智能化煤矿方案在煤矿井下的应用,有力促进煤炭工业的高质量发展;同时,煤矿F5G的深入推广应用,也需要全行业包括煤矿生产企业,集成商,网络设备供应商等的协力合作,构建创新、协同、开放、合作的煤矿F5G应用生态。
In order to further accelerate the recognition and application of F5G technology in coal mines and promote the intelligent development of coal mines in China, based on the new F5G new technology, aiming at the advantages of large bandwidth, high reliability, flattening, easy deployment, easy management and other advantages of the PON network of the F5G all-optical industrial network architecture for mining, an intelligent coal mine construction scheme based on the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, automatic control, mobile Internet, and robots was constructed. This paper discussed the functions of F5G industrial optical network for mining, F5G+5G integrated networking equipment and architecture, and analyzed the application advantages of F5G+5 G single network for mining underground;This paper focused on the advantages of the passive optical network of F5G intelligent construction scheme to meet the explosion-proof requirements of underground coal mine, the regular movement requirements of underground coal mine, and the business security of application scenarios;Four typical application scenarios of intelligent coal mine construction based on F5G architecture were studied: video monitoring+edge analysis, low delay real-time transmission of remote control network, monitoring transmission network, bearing network of mining 5G+ integrated communication system, which provides technical ideas and methods for intelligent coal mine construction based on F5G architecture. The characteristics, network architecture, application scenarios, advantages and ecology of the mine F5G network construction discussed in this paper are to promote the application of mining F5G+ intelligent coal mine scheme in underground coal mine and effectively promote the high-quality development of coal industry;At the same time, the in-depth promotion and application of coal mine F5G also needs the cooperation of the whole industry, including coal mine production enterprises, integrators, network equipment suppliers, etc., to build an innovative, collaborative, open and cooperative coal mine F5G application ecology.
