摘要 目的针对目前心脏起搏器存在的电池寿命短、体积大、安装和取出手术感染风险较高的问题,本文提出了一种具备无线供电和通信功能的心脏起搏器系统。方法采用近场无线供电和通信技术,结合云计算和专家系统,可以实现无限续航、持续监测、安全预警、应急诊疗等功能,并设计了原理样机,以验证关键技术。结果经过原理样机的实验验证,本方案通过无线的方式在模拟人体真实胸腔(大于64 mm)条件下,为无线心脏起搏器提供了大于40μW的功率,满足心脏起搏器的供电需求,验证了关键技术的可行性。结论经实验验证,该心脏起搏器系统的关键技术合理可行,后续将开展进一步的工程化技术研究。 Objective Aiming at the problems of short battery life,large size,and high infection risk during installation and removal of current pacemakers,this paper proposes a pacemaker solution with wireless power supply and communication functions.Methods Using near-field wireless power supply and communication technology,combined with cloud computing and expert system technology,functions such as infinite battery life,continuous monitoring,safety early warning,and emergency diagnosis and treatment can be realized.Results After the experimental verification,this scheme provides up to 40μW power to the cardiac pacemaker under the condition of simulating the human body’s real chest cavity(greater than 64 mm)in a wireless manner,which satisfies the demands of the cardiac pacemaker.Conclusions After experimental verification,the principle of the pacemaker scheme is feasible,and further engineering technology research is needed.
