第一肝门血流阻断器的结构设计与性能研究

摘要 目的腹腔镜手术难度大,手术过程常存在出血问题。为了控制血流速度,本研究设计了一款利用气囊阻断血流的阻断装置,可以在手术过程中将第一肝门完全扎紧。方法本文通过对现有阻断器结构的研究,设计了一种用于腹腔镜下阻断第一肝门的血流阻断器,利用流体使气囊膨胀,压缩血管外壁达到阻断血流的效果。结果通过方程计算和运用ANSYS软件分析,气流流速达到8 m/s时,流体运动状态最为均匀。利用伯努利方程,计算得出阻断所需要的压力。搭建实验装置,进行体外模拟实验,模拟肝门静脉被阻断过程,对阻断效果进行可用性评价。结论本文设计的血流阻断装置可以对血管有很好的阻断效果。 Objective Laparoscopic surgery is difficult,and there is often a problem of bleeding during the operation.In order to control the blood flow velocity,this study designs a blocking device by using air bag to block the blood flow,which can fasten the first hepatic hilum completely during the operation.Methods In this paper,through the study of the existing structure of the blocker,a kind of blood flow blocker for the first hepatic hilum blocking under laparoscope is designed.Results Through equation calculation and ANSYS software analysis,the flow velocity reaches 8 m/s,the fluid movement state is the most uniform.Bernoulli equation is used to calculate the pressure required for the blocking.The experimental apparatus is set up to simulate the process of hepatic portal vein being blocked in vitro,and the usability of the blocking effect is evaluated.Conclusions The designed blood flow blocking device can have good blocking effect on blood vessels.
