叙事护理在鼻咽癌放疗初期癌症宿命论患者中的应用

Application of Narrative Nursing in Patients with Cancer Fatalism at Early Stage of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy

目的:探讨叙事护理在鼻咽癌放疗初期癌症宿命论患者中的应用效果。方法:将2019年1月1日~2021年12月31日收治的66例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用叙事护理。比较两组负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)],癌症宿命论评分,不良反应,生活质量[采用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)],护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SDS、癌症宿命论评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组放疗不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理在鼻咽癌放疗初期癌症宿命论患者中的应用效果好,可有效缓解不良情绪,减轻癌症宿命论认知,提高生活质量、护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing in patients with cancer fatalism at early stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods:During January 1,2019 to December 31,2021,66 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,33 cases in each group,the control group adopted conventional care,and the observation group adopted the narrative care.Comparison was made between the two groups on negative emotion[by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)],cancer fatalism scores,adverse reactions and quality of life [by the concise health survey questionnaire(SF-36)],and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the SAS,SDS,and cancer fatalism scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions radiotherapy was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing in patients with cancer fatalism at early stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy has good application effect,can effectively alleviate the bad mood,relieve cancer fatalism cognition,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
