大数据时代高校档案数据的共享策略

Data Sharing Strategy of University Archives in Big Data Era

大数据时代,高校档案逐渐实现了由数字化向数据化的转变,档案数据共享是高校档案管理工作未来发展的必然趋势。目前存在档案数据共享意识缺乏和共享服务体系、平台建设不完善等问题,急需提升档案数据共享意识,运用“建设共享平台、构建保障体系、确立开放方式、创新服务模式”策略,实现高校档案数据共享的目标。

In the era of big data,university archives have gradually transformed from digitalization to data.University archives data sharing is the inevitable trend of archives management in the future.However,there are some problems such as lack of data-sharing consciousness,imperfect sharing service system and platform construction and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to enhance the awareness of archival data sharing,and use the strategy of“building sharing platform,building security system,establishing open mode,and innovating service mode”to achieve the goal of archival data sharing in colleges and universities.
