阿仑膦酸钠联合骨化三醇、钙剂对骨质疏松症伴骨性关节炎老年女性患者的临床效果分析

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Alendronate Sodium Plus Calcitriol Plus Calcium Agent in Elderly Female Patients with Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis

目的:分析阿仑膦酸钠联合骨化三醇、钙剂治疗骨质疏松症伴骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2022年2月黄河三门峡医院收治的骨质疏松症伴骨性关节炎老年女性患者140例为观察对象。随机分为对照组与观察组,各70例。对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组给予阿仑膦酸钠联合骨化三醇联合钙剂治疗。比较两组患者骨密度、左侧髋部几何结构指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数。结果:治疗后,对照组骨密度低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组左侧髋部几何结构指标低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组VAS评分高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者WOMAC评分高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠联合骨化三醇、钙剂治疗骨质疏松症伴骨性关节炎,显然更有疗效。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of alendronate sodium combined with calcitriol and calcium agent in treatment of osteoporosis with osteoarthritis.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2022,140 elderly female patients with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis who were admitted to Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital were selected as the observation objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium,and the observation group was treated with alendronate sodium combined with calcitriol and calcium agent.The bone mineral density,the geometric structure indicators of the left hip,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and osteoarthritis index in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the bone mineral density of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left hip geometric structure indicators of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC score of patients in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alendronate sodium combined with calcitriol and calcium agent is more effective in treating osteoporosis with osteoarthritis.
