安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料在炎症性皮肤病中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Anyijia Sodium Alginate Repair Dressing in Inflammatory Skin Diseases

目的:探讨安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料在炎症性皮肤病中的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月青岛市市立医院收治的炎症性皮肤病患者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组行他克莫司治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料。比较两组临床疗效、复发率、皮肤屏障指标及皮肤生活质量指数(DLQI)。结果:研究组愈显率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、6、9周,研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者皮脂含量、水合度情况均升高,研究组患者高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者DLQI指数均下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料可有效改善炎症性皮肤病患者的皮肤屏障指数,提升患者的DLQI指数,降低炎症性皮肤病的复发率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Anyijia sodium alginate repair dressing in inflammatory skin diseases.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,100 patients with inflammatory skin disease admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received tacrolimus treatment,and the study group was treated with Anyijia sodium alginate repair dressing on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,skin barrier index,and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)were compared between the two groups.Results:The cure-remarkableeffectiveness rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3,6 and 9 weeks of treatment,the recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the sebum content and hydration of the patients in the two groups increased,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the DLQI in two groups decreased,and the index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Antiyijia sodium alginate repair dressing can effectively improve the skin barrier index of patients with inflammatory skin disease,increase the DLQI of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate of inflammatory skin diseases.
