中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床研究

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medicated Bath Combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的:探讨中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液对新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年12月-2021年12月南京市浦口区中医院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿100例为观察对象,随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规清水沐浴联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,观察组给予中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,比较两组患者血胆红素水平、临床指标、C反应蛋白(CRP)及转铁蛋白(TRF)水平效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清胆红素和经皮胆红素均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退时间少于对照组,每日排便次数多于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者CRP水平下降,TRF水平升高,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸能促进患儿的转归,可明显降低胆红素水平,加速黄疸消退,增加排便次数,改善CRP、TRF水平。

Objective:To study the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid for neonatal jaundice.Methods:100 neonates with jaundice admitted to Nanjing Pukou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional clear water bath+Yinzhihuang oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath+Yinzhihuang oral liquid.The effects on blood bilirubin level,clinical index,C-reactive protein(CRP)and transferrin(TRF)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,serum bilirubin and transdermal bilirubin in two groups decreased,the levels of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The jaundice subsidence time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of defecation per day was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,CRP levels decreased and TRF levels increased in two groups,the levels of the observation group was better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can promote the prognosis of children.It can significantly reduce bilirubin levels,accelerate the resolution of jaundice,increase the frequency of bowel movements,and improve CRP and TRF levels.
