摘要 目的:探讨操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在神经病学临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月在广州医科大学附属第五医院神经内科的实习医生54名为观察对象。对实习医生进行神经病学技能操作培训。入科时和出科前分别进行DOPS评分,对教师及实习医生入科时、出科前DOPS测评的满意度进行比较。结果:实习医生出科前DOPS各项评分、平均分高于入科时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教师出科前DOPS评价满意度高于入科时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习医生出科前DOPS评价满意度高于入科时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以DOPS为主要的形成性评价工具,有利于学生更好地掌握神经病学临床操作技能,可作为神经病学临床技能教学中一种有效的形成性评价工具,实施过程中需重视双方满意度的评价。 Objective:To explore the application effect of direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in clinical skill teaching of neurology.Methods:A total of 54 interns in Department of Neurology at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects.The interns received procedural skill training of neurology,and DOPS score was rated when they entered and left the department.The satisfaction of teachers and interns with the DOPS evaluation at the time of entering and leaving the department were compared.Results:The individual item score and the average score of DOPS evaluation of interns before leaving the department were higher than those at the time of entering the department,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teachers with the DOPS evaluation before leaving the department was higher than that at the time of entering the department,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns with the DOPS evaluation before leaving the department was higher than that at the time of entering the department,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The DOPSdominant formative evaluation tool is conducive for students to better master the clinical operation skills of neurology,it can be used as an effective formative evaluation tool in the teaching of clinical skills in neurology,and attention should be paid to the evaluation of mutual satisfaction.
