阿芬太尼麻醉在成人短小手术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Alfentanil Anesthesia in Adult Short Stay Surgery

目的:分析阿芬太尼麻醉在成人短小手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4-12月东平县人民医院进行成人短小手术患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各40例。参照组采用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉,研究组采用七氟烷复合阿芬太尼麻醉。比较两组不良反应发生率、用药剂量、麻醉起效时间、阻滞完全时间、术后1 h疼痛评分。结果:两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者用药剂量、麻醉起效时间、阻滞完全时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后1 h疼痛评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七氟烷复合阿芬太尼麻醉相比于七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼具有同等的麻醉效果,而且能够降低术后早期疼痛,具有更好的短期镇痛效果,安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of anesthesia in adult short stay surgery.Methods:From April 2021 to December 2021,80 patients underwent adult short stay surgery in Dongping County People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into reference group and study group according to random digital number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was given sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia and the study group was given sevoflurane combined with alfentanil anesthesia.The incidence of adverse reactions,medication dose,time to onset of anesthesia,time to complete block,and pain score at 1 h after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the medication dose,onset of anesthesia and complete block time(P>0.05).The visual analogue scale score at 1 h after surgery in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with sevoflurane combined with remifentanil,sevoflurane combined with alfentanil has the same anesthetic effect,but it can reduce early postoperative pain and has better short-term analgesic effect with high safety.
