针灸联合刺络放血治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Bloodletting Pricking in Treatment of Lumbodorsal Myofascitis

目的:观察针灸联合刺络放血治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月北京丰台区长辛店镇社区卫生服务中心收治的腰背肌筋膜炎患者80例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各40例。参照组给予针灸治疗,研究组给予针灸联合刺络放血治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、疼痛评分及复发率。结果:研究组总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法评分均降低,且研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合刺络放血治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效显著,针灸、刺络放血协同发挥作用,可改善患者疼痛症状,降低复发率。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with bloodletting pricking in treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis.Methods:A total of 80 cases with lumbodorsal myofascitis who were admitted to Changxindian Town Community Health Service Center of Fengtai District in Beijing from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with bloodletting pricking.The treatment effect,pain score and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale score of both groups was reduced,and the study group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with bloodletting pricking has significant efficacy in treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis,and acupuncture and bloodletting pricking play a synergistic role in improving patients'pain symptoms and reducing recurrence rate.
