中风回春片治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫临床研究

Clinical Study of Zhongfeng Huichun Tablets in Treatment of Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

目的:观察中风回春片联合康复训练治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年6月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者86例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予中风回春片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候、改良Ashworth痉挛分级量表(MAS)评分、Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评分、改良Rankin评分量表(mRS)评分及不良反应。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组上肢不遂、下肢不遂、舌蹇不语、偏身麻木中医证候积分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组上肢、下肢MAS评分下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组上肢、下肢FMA评分增高,mRS评分降低;观察组FMA评分高于对照组,mRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程未见到明显不良反应。结论:中风回春片联合康复训练对中风后痉挛性偏瘫有良好治疗作用,可以改善患者临床症状,降低上下肢痉挛程度,提高上下肢运动能力,对中风后痉挛性偏瘫有良好治疗作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhongfeng Huichun tablets combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2020,86 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the study group was given Zhongfeng Huichun tablets additionally on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms,Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)score,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score,Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome decreased in the two groups,including upper limb failure,lower limb failure,stiff tongue,and hemianesthesia,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MAS scores of upper limbs and lower limbs decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of the upper limbs and lower limbs were increased and the mRS scores were reduced in two groups;The FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the mRS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed during treatment.Conclusion:Zhongfeng Huichun tablets combined with rehabilitation training are effective treatments of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the spasm degree of upper limbs and lower limbs,improve the exercise ability of upper limbs and lower limbs,and have a good therapeutic effect on spastic hemiplegia after stroke.
