摘要
目的:探讨延续健康教育对门诊慢性盆腔炎患者疾病认知水平及自我护理能力、负性情绪等的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月深圳市龙华区妇幼保健医院妇科门诊治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者82例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予延续健康教育干预。比较两组患者认知水平、自我护理能力、负性情绪及症状改善时间。结果:干预后,两组患者认知水平评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者饮食、用药及生活行为的自我护理能力评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腰骶酸痛、下腹隐痛、性交痛与白带异常症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊慢性盆腔炎护理中使用延续健康教育法,可显著增强患者的疾病认知度,使患者掌握自我护理方法,改善负性情绪,明显缩短临床症状改善时间。
Objective:To explore the influence of continuing health education on the disease cognition level,self-care ability and negative emotion of outpatients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who received the treatment in Gynecology Clinic of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Longhua District in Shenzhen from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation was given continuing health education intervention.The cognition level,self-care ability,negative emotion and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the cognition level scores of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-care ability scores of diet,medication and lifestyle behavior of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-rating depression scale score and self-rating anxiety scale score of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of lumbosacral pain,lower abdominal dull pain,algopareunia and abnormal leukorrhea symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of continuing health education method in outpatient nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly enhance the patient's awareness of the disease,the patients can master the self-care method,it also improves the negative emotion and obviously shortens the improvement time of clinical symptoms.
