摘要
目的:分析微课模式下的健康教育在肛周疾病患者围手术期护理中的干预效果。方法:选取2021年3-8月深圳市龙岗中心医院肛肠外科收治的肛周疾病患者120例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规健康教育干预,观察组在常规健康教育基础上给予微课模式的健康教育干预。比较两组患者的健康知识掌握程度评分、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组认知、操作、情感健康知识掌握情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护士礼仪、服务态度、专业技能、护理环境、住院制度护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用微课开展肛周疾病患者的健康教育工作,可提升患者的疾病知识掌握程度,提高患者的生活质量,有助于提升患者对护理人员的工作满意度。
Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of health education under micro-lecture mode in perioperative nursing of patients with perianal disease.Methods:A total of 120 patients with perianal disease admitted to Department of Anorectal Surgery,Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from March 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education intervention and the observation group received health education in the micro-lecture mode on the basis of routine health education.The health knowledge mastery score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The cognitive,operational and emotional health knowledge mastery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,physical role,bodily pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional role and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of nurses'etiquette,service attitude,professional skills,nursing environment and inpatient system in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of health education using micro-lectures for patients with perianal disease can increase the patients'disease knowledge mastery,improve the quality of life of patients,and help improve patients'job satisfaction with nursing staff.
