预见性护理对ICU重症患者的护理效果探究

Exploration on Nursing Effect of Predictive Nursing in ICU Critically Ill Patients

目的:探讨预见性护理对ICU重症患者的护理效果及对其并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2020年12月-2021年12月广元市中医医院ICU收治的重症患者80例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予预见性护理干预,比较两组患者并发症发生率、心理状态及护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU重症患者的护理中,预见性护理的应用可降低并发症发生率,改善患者心理状态,护理满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of predictive nursing on critically ill patients in ICU and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods:From December 2020 to December 2021,80 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU of Guangyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention.The incidence of complications,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the self-rating depression scale and the self-rating anxiety scale were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of critically ill patients in ICU,the application of predictive nursing can reduce the incidence of complication,improve psychological state and achieve high nursing satisfaction.
