早期护理干预对胎膜早破黄疸新生儿护理的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Neonatal Nursing with Premature Rupture of Membranes and Jaundice

目的:探讨早期护理干预对胎膜早破黄疸新生儿护理的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年2月广东省揭阳市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的胎膜早破黄疸新生儿82例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予早期护理干预。比较两组护理效果、血清胆红素水平、黄疸指数及家长护理满意度。结果:观察组首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患儿血清胆红素水平、黄疸指数均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胎膜早破黄疸新生儿进行早期护理干预效果显著,可有效缩短首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间及黄疸消退时间,改善血清胆红素水平及黄疸指数,提高患儿家长满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of early nursing intervention in the nursing of newborns with premature rupture of membranes and jaundice.Methods:Eighty-two neonates with premature rupture of membranes and jaundice admitted to Guangdong Province Jieyang City Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation received early nursing intervention.The nursing effect,serum bilirubin level,jaundice index and parents'satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The first defecation time,the time of fetal stool turning yellow and the time of jaundice regression in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,serum bilirubin level and jaundice index decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parents'satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention for newborns with premature rupture of membranes and jaundice has a significant effect,it can effectively shorten the first defecation time,the time of fetal stool turning yellow and the time of jaundice regression,improve serum bilirubin level and jaundice index,and increase the satisfaction of parents.
