摘要
目的:探讨协作干预策略联合个体健康教育对急性胰腺炎患者心理状况及预后的影响。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年10月房山区第一医院普通外科收治的急性胰腺炎患者100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理联合健康教育,观察组采用协作干预策略联合个体健康教育,比较两组患者的心理状况、遵医行为。结果:护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组饮食习惯、按时用药、按时作息、健康信念、自我效能等方面的遵医率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:协作干预策略联合个体健康教育可有效减轻急性胰腺炎患者的负性情绪,提高其遵医行为。
Objective:To explore the influence of collaborative intervention strategy combined with individual health education on the psychological status and prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized in the General Surgery Department of Fangshan District First Hospital from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with health education,and the observation group received collaborative intervention strategy combined with individual health education.The psychological status and compliance behaviors were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rates of diet habits,on-time medication,regular work and rest,health beliefs,and self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Collaborative intervention strategy combined with individual health education can effectively alleviate negative emotions of patients with acute pancreatitis and improve their compliance behavior.
