三角互证视域下中西媒体中国扶贫话语的批评认知语言学研究

A critical cognitive linguistic study of Chinese poverty alleviation discourses in Chinese and Western media from the perspective of triangulation

本研究以批评认知语言学趋近化理论中的空间、时间和价值三种话语策略为切入点,以三角互证视角将语料库方法与问卷调查相结合,探究了中西方媒体的中国扶贫话语在趋近化话语策略上的差异以及读者在阅读有无趋近化话语策略的扶贫话语时的感知差异。通过语料库研究发现,中西媒体在三种趋近化话语策略上均具有显著的差异。调查问卷研究发现,中国读者对有无使用三种趋近化话语策略的扶贫话语的感知上也均具有显著差异。两种研究方法得出的结果是一致且互证的,实现了批评话语分析的三角互证。

This paper takes three discourse strategies of proximization theory(spatial proximization strategy,temporal proximization strategy,and axiological proximization strategy)as the starting points,and combines corpus approach and questionnaires to realize triangulation.This paper explores the differences between Chinese and Western media in the usage of three discourse strategies in Chinese poverty alleviation discourses and the differences in readers’perceptions of poverty alleviation discourses with or without discourse strategies of proximization.The results of corpus analysis show that there are significant differences in the usage of three discourse strategies of proximization between Chinese and Western media.The results of the questionnaire show that there are also statistically significant differences.The results of corpus analysis and those of the questionnaire are consistent and co-evidenced,thus realizing triangulation in critical discourse analysis.
