数字经济中互联网发展对产业结构升级的区域异质性影响机制

Regional Heterogeneity Influence Mechanism of Internet Development on Industrial Structure Upgrading in Digital Economy

为进一步探究产业集聚在互联网发展和产业结构升级中发挥的作用,以及互联网发展水平的区域不平衡性对地区协同集聚和产业结构升级的差异化影响,从协同集聚视角出发,将生产性服务业和制造业的协同集聚纳入互联网发展与产业结构升级的研究框架中,基于2008—2018年中国30个省份有关面板数据,构建以产业协同聚集作为中介变量的模型开展实证。结果表明:互联网发展水平提高会促进协同集聚,进而促进产业结构升级,协同集聚起中介作用;互联网发展显著促进中部和西部地区的协同集聚,协同集聚的中介作用仅在中部和西部地区显著存在。因此,国家应加大对配套互联网基础设施的建设投入,提高互联网发展水平,同时也要考虑地区发展禀赋,因地制宜。

In order to explore the role of industrial agglomeration in the impact of Internet development on industrial structure upgrading,and the differential impact of regional imbalance of Internet development level on regional collaborative agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading,this paper brings the collaborative agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing into the research framework of Internet development and industrial structure upgrading based on the perspective of collaborative agglomeration,uses panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2018 to build a model with industrial collaborative agglomeration as intermediary variable for empirical research.The results show that the improvement of Internet development can promote collaborative agglomeration,and then promote the industrial structure upgrading,and collaborative agglomeration plays a mediating role in this impac;Internet development can promote the collaborative agglomeration of the central and western regions,and the mediating effect of collaborative agglomeration only exists in the central and western regions.Therefore,China should increase investment in the construction of supporting Internet infrastructure to improve the level of Internet development,at the same time should consider the regional development endowment and adjust measures to local conditions.
