基于Aspen Plus的氯气干燥工艺模拟分析

摘要 采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对某电解装置氯气干燥工艺流程进行了模拟计算,模拟结果与设计数据基本一致。为提高装置的经济效益,采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对氯气干燥装置氯气洗涤塔和硫酸洗涤塔工艺参数进行了模拟分析。该优化不涉及设备改造,仅通过改变工艺参数实现。模拟及分析结果显示:降低氯水循环量、提高氯水循环温度、降低氯气冷却器温度,可节约运行成本。 The chlorine drying process of an electrolysis unit was simulated by Aspen Plus process simulation software.The simulation results were basically consistent with the design data.In order to increase the economic benefits of the unit,Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the process parameters of the chlorine washing tower and the sulfuric acid washing tower of the chlorine drying unit.The optimization did not involve equipment transformation,only the change in process parameters.The simulation and analysis results showed that operating costs could be saved by reducing the circulating amount of chlorine water,increasing the temperature of circulating chlorine water and lowering the temperature of chlorine gas cooler.
